How is the service accessed?

Navigate through the Programmes page to search for an event. Most events are easily searched for with their country specific codes e.g. NGA-AKS-Event Type-Event Date-Unique Event Identifier.

An event such as NGA-AKS-Church-09012025-001 refers to a Church event holding in Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria, on the 9th of January 2025.

Searches can be made basis relevant keywords that event type, date of event, event owners e.t.c.

How do I create an account?

As an Event Owner, click on Get Started!

Do users (or attendees) need to create an account?

No.

For privacy concerns, the Event Owner will share a unique password per event with the user(s) prior to the event

What type of events can an event owner list?

The options are limitless! From Church Services, Weddings, Symposiums e.t.c.

Can I upload videos?

No

Are archived event programs available for event owners & attendees to view post event?

No, only event owners have access to archived programs

Can I use the service on multiple devices?

Yes

How do I log in to the service?

Post account creation, input username & password

What are the different pricing plans available?

Is there a free trial?

One month free trial for new event owners

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Unfortunately, this feature is not available. Upon expiration of an existing plan, an event owner can switch plans

What are the payment methods accepted?

Direct Bank Transfers & Card Payment(s)

Is a subscription automatically renewed?

Yes, Paystack integration can process recurring payments from the card details you entered in your first transaction
